Well here it is, my first installment of "After Work Workouts with Ed". Be gentle this is my first run at making a video...my efforts will get better as time progresses. Enjoy!
Hey.. that was pretty cool.. I lived in Seattle for 18 years (after moving there from Alaska).. Moved to Colorado 5 years ago.. cool to see some pics from there. That uphill looked like a grind! anyway.. look forward to more webisodes!
Very nice! I love seeing the sights from your workout. Great idea! And over-dressing is no fun. I have done that countless times before heading out for a run.
HOLY VIDEO SKILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some of those angels had me wondering HOW you were cycling without dying ;P lol so you are back in Seattle and dressing like you're in Alaska. hahaha
I completely forgot how to prepair for WARM weather. Ha, I would totally come up for a three wee Kodiak adventure/paid vacation had I not have to work....
Already got another video shot, just have to edit! Getting a go pro this weekend...going to be fun

I think Colorado is the only other place in the states aside from Alaska I would live...i have heard great things..
